Lead Based Paint

LBP (Lead Based Paint) is one of the largest environmental concerns property owners face. LBP has the ability to cause critical health effects and concerns almost immediately. If LBP is present, it is the property owner’s responsibility and liability to ensure the public’s safety. If any housing, public or commercial building were built before 1978, they must be remodeled and/or renovated to remove the LBP. Asbestos Mold Inspections Coastal Bend is a certified firm with the State of Texas and our employees are certified as Lead Based Paint Inspectors/Risk Assessors.
